TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
  • All orders accepted by hautedauge.com are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein which may at any time be subject to amendment at the sole discretion of HauteDaug.com

  • All listed prices on this site are US$.

  • We accept credit card payments and e-checks through PayPalPaypal accepts most credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most debit cards, including e-checks.

  • All orders are subject to availability and such availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Once authorized and accepted, all orders will be personally processed within 1-3 business days and if shipped by ground please be aware that it could take from 4 to 7 days depending on the delivery location. If you have ordered an item or items that are not in stock, we will contact you via your daytime contact number or email. You will be notified by email once your products have been shipped.  On our special orders or custom orders, we will advise you on the listing of the approximate time frame for anticipated delivery and we will contact you by e-mail when the item is in and ready to ship.

  • We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery). 

  • We reserve the right to verify all order information prior to the acceptance of any order.


Promotions
Unless specified otherwise all promotions are limited to one per customer/household and can not be combined with other promotions. HauteDauge.com reserves the right to cancel or revoke promotions at any time.

Returns & Replacements

At hautedauge.com, your satisfaction is what matters most. That's why we make our return policies easy and convenient.

Exchanging / Returning a purchase:
If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can exchange/return the item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a Return/Exchange please contact customer service by writing to wendy@hautedauge.com to discuss the process for returning or exchanging any items purchased from us.
Please include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a store credit or a refund.

Pack items safely and securely for shipping. Ship the items to the address below with a courier of your choice, including a note with the return or a copy of your invoice. Please make sure that your package is shipped with a tracking number and please be sure to forward that information to us advising us of the date of mailing along with the tracking number.

Upon receipt of the return Haute Dauge will inspect the order and issue an Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund for eligible items with-in 24-48 business day hours.

Please note:
  • Once a toy has been used it is no-longer eligible for an exchange/refund unless part of the one time replacement guarantee.
  • All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
