Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Please note that your final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:What types of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit card payments through PayPal.  Paypal is the most efficient and secure way to make payments on line and as a buyer you are completely protected.

Q: Do you do wholesale orders?
A: If you have a need for a large quantity of items please contact us and we will work out a deal for you regarding a discount.

Q:When should I expect my package?
A: I hate waiting, so I know how you feel!  All domestic orders should arrive between 4-7 business days after you have been notified of shipment, and all international orders will arrive 10 days to 14 days or longer once the order has been shipped.  Unfortunately, there is no way to judge the time frame for international orders unless the shipping bill reflects supervised delivery by the company.  We make every effort possible to locate the least expensive shipping available unless you desire otherwise.  In which case we ask you to contact us to discuss your needs.

Q:What is your refund policy?
A: We have an 100% guarantee on our products. Please be sure to return within 30 days for a full refund. If item is boxed, it must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged, used or worn.  In most cases Return shipping is a customer expense, in some cases we will pay for the return.
