This Mini lead utilizes a 1/2" wide, thinner weight Soft Web^tm and a lighter weight nickle plated zinc die cast bolt snap. This lead is made for dogs 20 pounds and under. It is 4 feet long and 1/2 inch wide. It comes in 9 awesome colors and there are collars to match as well. See our listing for the corresponding colors. Constructed of a ribbed nylon pattern, the bright color is a great way to compliment the coat on your dog. Solid on the front and 3 black thin lines on the back set off the black stitching, which is visible on all the colors except the black. The Snap, or the hardware on the lead is nickle plated zinc measuring 2 1/4 inches long by 5/8th inches at the connection to the collar part or head of the snap. Made in America.

• Bolt snaps (hardware) are used with consideration to the proportion of size and weight of dog...to the weight and strength of bolt snap.

• These Leads are Machine washable! They can be washed individually or separately by simply wrapping the bolt snap(s) in a heavy terry washcloth (or similar) and securing with a heavy rubber band. Gather up the rest of the lead and either secure with another heavy rubber band and/or place in a laundry bag.
  
• These Leads are colorfast and maintain their suppleness after repeated washings.
  
• The nylon is soft, strong and color fast-100% nylon that will not damage, cut or discolor neck fur, even when wet.
• All hardware and stitching is in black, (except bolt snaps which are either bronze or nickel plate zinc, depending on the model of the lead.)
