From initial housebreaking to simply learning not to jump up on visitors, all dogs need training. Retraining can be twice as hard because sometimes it’s very hard to break a bad habit. This isn’t the trainers or the dogs fault, it’s because that over time, dogs tend to tune out the trainers voice and each correction of “NO!” carries less and less importance with every utterance.

The Pet Corrector is the newest training aide from The Company of Animals. If your dog has tuned out your “NO!” or if you want to make sure you get your dogs full attention during initial training, the pet corrector is guaranteed to get your dogs attention in humane and safe way. Snakes, insects and birds such as geese use a hiss sound to drive off predators and our domesticated pets have the same sensitivity to this sound. The Pet Corrector emits an inert gas which mimics this hiss sound to interrupt undesirable behavior.

Once the dog’s undesirable behavior has been interrupted, a correction can be given and the dog’s behavior corrected.

Situations in which the Pet Corrector can be used will of course vary, however, key uses can include:
